Our highest priority is your overall satisfaction with our products & services!

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and/or services, kindly contact us & we will strive to find a solution. Please note, based on the characteristics of our products & sanitation requirements, we cannot permit the exchange and/or return of any physical products. Nonetheless, in certain situations, we will replace your product if we  are contacted within 5 days of delivery of your order also ensuring we receive a clear photo(s) of the damaged shipping container/purchased item(s) along with a description of the issue.
 
Shipping & Taxes
All shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable.  Shipping & handling and taxes are required to be paid on all purchases (including replacements) unless otherwise indicated with your invoice/order. 
 
Incorrect Address Entry
We kindly prompt customers to verify their shipping address before placing their order. Bodied by Sol & Fuego and its affiliates are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address due to customer or delivery service error. Confirming the accuracy of shipping details is the responsibility of the customer and is to avoid any inconvenience and requirement of new purchase of items.
