Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)

What type of oils are in your products? We utilize an array of natural and plant-based oils in our products. These include ordinary oils many individuals are versed to, for example coconut, jojoba, almond, olive, avocado, grapeseed, castor, and vitamin E. We also incorporate additional oils in select products which include argan, fenugreek, Jamaican castor, jojoba, and kukui nut.

What is the difference between essential and fragrance oils? Essential oils are natural oils obtained from diverse parts of plants (roots, flowers, buds, etc.). Whereas fragrance oils are created from multiple ingredients that are both naturally and synthetically developed. In our formulated products , we utilize both essential and fragrance oils, which are established in accordance with the most recent International Fragrance Association (IFRA) standards.

What do you use to color your products? We utilize mica powders to add a splash of color and shimmer for a little pizazz.

Are your products okay to use on sensitive skin? Our body care products are evaluated and assessed for the welfare of our customers. Although all of our products are reviewed for safety, we cannot attest that they are hypoallergenic. Prior to complete body use, please review the ingredient information and test on a small area of skin. Immediately discontinue use if any reaction occurs and seek medical attention.

Do you assess your products? In fact, we do! We evaluate each of our products for colorants, sustainability, and use. All of our ingredients are listed on either the product label and/or our website.

Are there safety guidelines that Bodied by Sol & Fuego follow? As we are a customer-driven business, the safety and overall satisfaction of our customers is always our #1 priority. Our body care, candle, and personal care products are evaluated and evaluated for the care of our customers. All applicable industry and regulatory standards are adhered to. Bodied by Sol & Fuego products can be enjoyed with confidence by all customers when applied as directed.

Do you test on animals? No. We do not test any of our products on animals. We provide instructions and other beneficial information on the product label and website.

Are your products hypoallergenic? All of our products are evaluated for the safety of our customers. Although our products are assessed for safety, we cannot certify that they’re hypoallergenic. Therefore, we urge all customers to look over the ingredient list prior to use.

What do I do if I entered the incorrect billing information? First and foremost, thank you for placing an order with us! Your purchase means so much to us. If you have incorrectly entered incorrect billing information, there is no need to contact us. If your order was completed and you received an order number & confirmation, it has been fully processed and will not require an updated billing address. We do not keep billing information on file and cannot change it once the payment has been authorized.

When will I receive my order? Our team usually takes 1-3 business days to fulfill and ship your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your shipping and tracking information. The delivery time is based on USPS delivery (excluding our processing time). Standard Shipping is typically 3-7 business days and Priority Shipping is typically 2-4 business days. Note: Orders placed after 12 p.m. EST on Friday will be processed on the following business day.

What are your hours of operation? We are open Monday - Friday 9am-4pm EST. We are closed on all major holidays.
